New Herbert Terry anglepoise lamp in cream with roll edge shade and bakelite switch

Designed by George Carwardine for Herbert Terry & Sons and made in Redditch, England, this is a lovely example of the new version of the original 1930s 1227 model anglepoise lamp.

This is the much sought-after early type lamp design with a rolled edge shade, two-stepped base and adjustable springs. 

It has an original bakelite switch and flex.

In its original cream painted finish.

In as new condition including the box.

A great example of a timeless classic.
